Great Lakes Estate Co. provides estate-transition, property-coordination, cleanout, auction, and related services in Southwest Michigan. Website information is provided to help visitors understand our services and identify possible next steps.
Using this website, submitting a form, creating an account, or communicating with us does not by itself create a client, agency, fiduciary, or professional-adviser relationship or require either party to proceed with services.
3. Auction Services
Registration, bidding, purchases, payments, item condition, shipping if offered, pickup, removal, and abandoned auction property are governed by the Auction Bidder Terms & Conditions and applicable auction- or lot-specific terms. Those terms control if they conflict with these general website terms concerning an auction transaction.
4. Free Consultations
Company may offer a free initial consultation to learn about your situation, discuss general needs, and determine whether our services may be appropriate.
A free consultation does not necessarily include:

No pricing or project commitment is final until confirmed in writing.

Company is not acting as a law firm, accounting firm, appraisal company, licensed home-inspection company, contractor, or real estate brokerage through this website. Website content and consultations are not substitutes for legal, tax, financial, appraisal, inspection, real estate, construction, or other licensed professional advice.
When a project requires licensed or specialized services, Company may help coordinate with appropriately qualified third-party professionals. Those providers remain responsible for their own work, recommendations, licenses, insurance, pricing, agreements, and obligations.

You agree that registrations, notices, invoices, authorizations, acceptances, and other records may be created and delivered electronically. Electronic acceptance is intended to have the same effect as a handwritten signature to the extent permitted by law.
Submitting a form does not guarantee an immediate response, appointment, bid eligibility, or acceptance of a project.
SMS Messaging Program. Great Lakes Estate Co. sends low-volume appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, service updates, and related customer-care communications only to recipients who have expressly consented. Message frequency varies based on your appointments and requested services. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing services.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP, email support@greatlakesestate.com, or call (269) 332-1864. After you opt out, you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier availability. See our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, protect, and disclose personal information.
