Downsizing Sale - Stevensville

Great Lakes Estate Co. is helping a Southwest Michigan household downsize, and a lifetime of good, useful things is looking for new homes. This two-day, appointment-only sale is in Stevensville. Space is limited, so we’re admitting small groups every 30 minutes. Reserve a time and we’ll email you the exact address the day before.

What you’ll find: four upholstered barrel-back armchairs, a butcher-block kitchen cart, wire bistro bar stools, a Belvedere Kalli 48-inch reception desk, and heavy-duty metal shelving. From the garage and workshop: tools and toolboxes, a vent-free gas wall heater, fans, folding tables and a futon frame. Plus small kitchen appliances, electronics, miscellaneous salon items and supplies, holiday and seasonal decor, a cornhole set, and plenty more to dig through.
